Neal started CareYaya after deeply personal experiences in family caregiving—helping manage care for his aging grandparents at the end of their lives—and then, becoming the primary caregiver for his wife through years of battling cancer. He experienced frustrations with the current, completely broken system of in-home care and decided to embark on a mission to create equitable access to quality, affordable care for everyone.
